Cancellation Policy
When you schedule your appointment, a commitment deposit of 25% is collected. This deposit is nonrefundable.
If you need to reschedule, you must provide no less than 48 hours' notice, in which case your commitment deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. An appointment may be rescheduled only once, after which it must be canceled and a new appointment scheduled.
An appointment must be canceled with no less than 12 hours' notice. Failure to do so is considered a no-show.
Additionally, failure to adhere to pre-care requirements—resulting in ineligibility for tattooing on the day of your service—is treated as a no-show. Please see adiatattoo.com/care. Begin planning for pre-care as soon as possible! Some changes must be implemented as many as 4 weeks in advance!
In the event of a no-show, you will be charged for the full price of the service. This policy is non-negotiable.
